    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Initial tests have shown that Ndicka did not suffer a heart attack as was first feared, in Italy reports. Nevertheless, he will spend the night in hospital for further observation while his fellow Roma stars visited him after the match was suspended.

  • WHAT ROMA SAID

Roma delivered an update on Ndicka's condition via their social channels, which reads: "The squad went to visit Ndicka at the hospital. Evan is feeling better and is in good spirits. He will remain in the hospital for further observations. Forza Evan!"

  • DID YOU KNOW?

The match between Udinese and Roma will be played from the 73rd minute – the moment it was halted following Ndicka's collapse.
